About our Road Safety Website
Gathering road safety data from all over the world.
We are concerned Australians wanting to "make a difference" to reduce the ever increasing road trauma happening all around the world.

We aim to set up a data base of road safety government and private organisations. We simply want to cross-fertilise ideas, research and projects resulting in more effective use of resources and outcomes for road safety.

The first project we are promoting, is a community-based safer roads thinktank occurring in Sydney Australia on 27th and 28th May 2000.

Entitled "Take Responsibility. Saves Lives." it aims to increase community awareness of all levels of responsibility in road safety...from the pedestrian, cyclist, trucker, road and car designers to road and vehicle maintenance people.

Many of us become so unaware and careless in our duties and responsibilities on the road that we often take unnecessary risks with fatal outcomes. The life you save, could be your own.

An ongoing project promoting road safety efforts world-wide.
We are looking for participants and volunteers for the "Take Responsibility. Save Lives". If you have anything to offer, anecdotal evidence of the cost of motor accidents for yourself or yourfamily (brief please), this will help the cause.
